Who can benefit from general anaesthetic procedures?

What is the process for procedures performed under general anaesthetic?

The process begins with a thorough intake appointment where we discuss all your questions and concerns. During this consultation, our experienced team will explain the terms and conditions and the entire procedure to you in detail. We will make sure you fully understand what to expect before proceeding with treatment. We place enormous value on open communication and transparency, because your comfort and trust are key to everything we do.

At the MOND Dental Care Center in Stekene, we will then help to restore your smile and improve your oral health by performing treatments under general anaesthetic. A specialist team – including an anaesthesiologist, an assistant anaesthesiologist, a dentist and a dental assistant – will be waiting to ensure you won't be aware of anything during the treatment and that your teeth receive the care they deserve.

Upon completion of your treatment, we will take you to our recovery room where you will remain under careful supervision for a short time (usually 1 to 2 hours) while the effects of the anaesthetic slowly wear off. You can breathe easy and relax, knowing you are in good hands until you are fully recovered.
