Thank you for visiting our website; we understand your concerns.

We have had to make the difficult decision to close this practice because the facilities no longer met our high quality standards—or those of our parent group, MOND-Benedenti. This decision followed a thorough review and was made in consultation with the practice owner. Furthermore, the group and the practice owner diverged in their ambitions regarding the future—specifically, the goal of jointly developing a new, high-quality practice in the Itegem region. Consequently, patient treatment at this location has ceased with immediate effect.

We understand that this decision may come as a surprise. It was not taken lightly and was made solely in the best interest of our patients. You are entitled to the highest quality of care, which could no longer be guaranteed at the Itegem location. We would like to emphasize that the dental care provided by the dentists and dental hygienists at this practice was always of impeccable quality.

We are currently contacting patients in chronological order to ensure a smooth transition. Unfortunately, we do not yet know where your regular dentist will be practicing next. Please note that available appointments at these locations are limited, and consequently, they may not be able to accept all patients. You are, of course, free to find a dentist outside our organization yourself. If you remain within our organization, your file can be transferred internally to your new dentist, in compliance with applicable patient data regulations.  

If you choose to continue your dental care with a dentist outside our organization, you are welcome to inform us of this. You will then receive an invitation to collect your file in person upon presentation of your identity card. Your file will be transferred to you digitally on a USB stick.
