Our way of working
You can make an appointment with us through Whatsapp by scanning the QR code. We are also available by telephone on 09 330 17 77 or you can send an email to info@mondlatem.be. We start with an intake interview or general dental check to provide a good picture of your teeth and to schedule the correct amount of time for any subsequent treatments. In case of toothache, we always try to help you get rid of the pain first.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the practice as soon as possible by telephone or Whatsapp. If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged any additional costs.
Action required before your appointment
To avoid an administrative fee, please cancel your appointment at least 2 days in advance. Always bring your ID card or ISI+ card to your appointment, as this is required by law.

Register as a new patient
Would you like to become a patient at our practice? Please enter your details below to join our waiting list. We manage our waiting list using TurnUp, a Belgian platform. As soon as a suitable spot becomes available, you will automatically receive a notification via email, SMS, or the TurnUp app. There is no need to contact us separately; registering via the form is sufficient. We will get in touch with you as soon as an opportunity arises. Thank you!
