Our way of working
You can make an appointment with us by telephone on 015/41 33 50 or you can send an email to info@mondmechelen.be. For requests submitted by email, we ask that you confirm the appointment within 48 hours. After that, the proposed time slot will expire. We start with an intake interview to get a clear picture of your dental situation in order to schedule the right amount of time for the subsequent check-ups and treatments. We do our utmost to address your issue as effectively as possible.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the practice as soon as possible by telephone. If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged any additional costs.
- New patients must register in person at the practice.
- Your identity card or Kids-ID will be scanned, so please be sure to bring it with you.
