Setting up your signature

Once you have entered all your information, please double-check that your details are correct in the preview and that the links point to the correct page(s). Then choose your preferred method: copy signature or copy source code. Depending on your email client, different steps are required to set up your signature. Below you will find the steps for the most common clients.

How do I add my new signature in Outlook?

  1. Log in to your Outlook account and select the "Home tab > New Email"
  2. Select the "Message" tab
  3. In the "Include group" section, choose "Signature > Signatures"
  4. In the "Choose Default Signature section", ensure that the correct account to which you wish to link the signature is selected from the drop-down list
  5. Click the "New" button in the "Select Signature to Edit" section, and give the signature a name (e.g. "MOND signature")
  6. In the "Edit Signature" section, paste the generated signature and choose OK

How do I use my signature in Apple Mail?

  1. Open the Mail application and log in to your account.
  2. Click on "Mail" and then "Preferences" in the top left corner of your screen.
  3. In the "Preferences" pop-up, click the "Signatures" tab.
  4. Click the + button at the bottom of the middle column.
  5. Copy your new signature into the right column and make sure to check the "always match my default message font." unchecks
  6. Close the pop-up window to save.

Why doesn't my signature appear as expected?

If your signature does not appear as expected, you can try the following:

  1. Try a different browser to create your signature. Some browsers will not copy the formatting and this may change with browser updates.
  2. Some email programs require you to copy the source code instead of the signature itself. If your signature is not displayed properly, it is recommended to follow this method.
  3. Some email programs add extra spacing to the signature when replying to emails. To maintain a clear layout structure, it is advisable to remove the signature from answered emails.
