Bridge work, bleaching and veneers to correct tooth position and smile
A major root resorption led to the loss of a front tooth, resulting in the need for complex treatment to restore this patient's smile.
How did bridgework and bleaching provide a new smile?
Before treatment at MOND
This lady had been experiencing problems with her front teeth for some time and had noticed something was wrong. After a thorough examination, we discovered that a resorption process was occurring in the root of one of her front teeth, resulting in irreparable damage to the tooth, which eventually had to be removed.
After MOND
To solve the problem and restore her smile, we used porcelain bridgework. This bridgework served not only to replace the lost front tooth, but also to correct the tooth position. In addition, we added composite facings to further improve the appearance of her smile. A bleaching procedure in the lower jaw also refreshed the colour of teeth to achieve a more natural and radiant result.
